ATOZ Floral & Decor (M) Sdn Bhd and the customer expressly agree that legal and beneficial ownership of all goods purchased from ATOZ Floral & Decor (M) Sdn Bhd shall remain vested in ATOZ Floral & Decor (M) Sdn Bhd until such time as full and final payment has been received, cleared, and confirmed in full.

Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

No Cancellation/Refund Policy
We do NOT offer REFUND & CANCELLATION is strictly NOT permitted once an order is confirmed. Exchanges shall only be permitted under exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of ATOZ Floral & Decor (M) Sdn Bhd. The Company shall not be liable for any defects, damages, losses, or deterioration occurring during transit, shipping, or delivery by third-party carriers or logistics providers.
